Curried Cauliflower soup, Serrano ham crust

Roasted Beet carpaccio with organic fresh greens, blue cheese, walnuts

and balsamic glaze

Stuffed Veal scaloppini with portabella mushrooms, Sautéed fresh greens beans in olive oil and shallots , sherry wine reduction sauce

Chocolate & Pistachio terrine



4 courses sea and land + amuse bouche

Edamame or Fava bean mousse, goat cheese and tomato Christmas tower,

with organic tender greens & whole wheat bread crostini

Pan Seared Opakapaka or Sea Bass, macadamia nut gazpacho and sweet potato mash

Herbs crusted lamb chops, ratatouille style vegetables, basil oil & balsamic syrup

Vanilla & Rose water scented Crème Brûlée

Smoky Tomato soup & gruyere toast

Arugula salad with pears, aged goat cheese and macadamia nuts

Seared scallops bed of spiced lentils & olive tapenade

Peppered Beef tenderloin, roasted shallots, cremini mushrooms & rosemary,

Red wine reduction sauce
